Omir Santos is a former MLB catcher and is currently the Bench Coach for the Mohoning Valley Scrappers (Single-A Affiliate of the Cleveland Indians). Santos has played for the Baltimore Orioles, New York Mets, Detroit Tigers, and Cleveland Indians.  He attended East Central College in Union, Missouri. The New York Yankees drafted Santos in the 21st round of the 2001 MLB Draft, but he made his major league debut in 2008 for the Baltimore Orioles.

Matt has been coaching baseball since 2010.  Coach Echols brings a high intensity, positive attitude to the academy.  He comes to every practice and tournament giving 110 percent, making sure that every kid is learning, evolving and developing into better ball players.  Matt, makes sure the kids are stretched out and is well conditioned for every practice. He also makes sure the scouting reports from Game Changer are communicated to the coaching staff to better prepare the kids for success.
